SICILY: SOLEMN CEREMONIES

On Sunday 22 April the eucharistic celebration in honor of Saint George, patron of the Sacred Military Constatinian Order of Saint George was celebrated at the church “Maria SS.ma Annunziata” of Castelvetrano.
In the Church there is an ancient and artistic triptych of 1448 which represents the ancient iconography of Saint George. Lots of Knights of the province of Trapani attended. The mass was celebrated by Father Rino Randazzo, who also thanked the Order for its charitable activities, in particular for those related to “Briciole di Salute”.

The same day a mass was celebrated for Saint George at the Church of S. Stefano (Piazza Armerina). It was presided by His Eminence Nino Rivoli. Some knights of the province of Enna and Caltanissetta took part in the ceremony.

A mass for Saint George, Protector of the Sacred Military Constatinian Order Of Saint George, was celebrated in Palermo. HRH Princess Beatrice of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Grand Prefect was present. The liturgy was celebrated by HE Salvatore Grimaldi in the presence of a lot of Sicilian Knights.

SARDINIA: SOLEMN LITURGY FOR SAINT GEORGE

April, 23^rd 2018. Lots of Knights and Dames of the delegation attended a solemn liturgy on the occasion of the Solemnity of Saint George at the church of Saint George in Sestu. Also present at the ceremony were Mr. Locci, HE Msgr. Miglio and religious, civil and military authorities.

MARCHES AND UMBRIA: MEETING IN LORETO

Some Knights and Dames of the delegation of S. Marino and Marches/Umbria met in Loreto on April, 21st.
They attended the Holy mass presided by His Eminence Cardinal Menichelli. Aftewards the delegation met the Delegate, Mr. Claudio Marciano di Scala, Patrizio di Scala. H.E. Cardinal Menichelli underlined the importance to live according to the Order’s values and principles. New Knights were given their diplomas after His Eminence’s blessing.

LOMBARDY: SOLEMN LITURGY FOR SAINT GEORGE

Castenedolo (BS), April 22nd 2018. Lots of Lombard Knights and Dames attended a solemn liturgy on the occasion of the Solemnity of Saint George at the church of the town. Also present at the ceremony were the Vice Delegate of the region, Dr. Rizzani, Msgr. Morandi, religious and civil authorities. After the liturgy, presided by Msgr. Bodini, a charitable project was introduced. The event was successful also thanks to Mr. Mirandola’s efforts.

TUSCANY: SOLEMN LITURGY FOR SAINT GEORGE

San Martino in Freddana – Lucca, April 21st 2018. The Tuscan delegation, guided by the Vice Delegate Comm. Puccetti, took part in the solemn liturgy in the occasion of the Solemnity of Saint George.
A copy of the message written by His Eminence Cardinal Martino, Gran Prior, was given to all the participants.
