Rome, December 1st 2018 – HRH Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Grand Master, decided to designate Mr. Giampaolo Grazian as General Secretary of the Constantinian Order. Mr. Grazian has been given all necessary powers to coordinate the Chancellery and the Delegations’ activities.
