On Friday, October 9th, the representative of Alessandria and Asti Simona Delfino carried out a donation of cat food to Mrs. Zunino Marisa, one of the many people authorized by the municipality of Alessandria to take care of the numerous feline colonies of the city. All of this was e possible thanks to the generous food donation offered by Dr. Rizzi.
On September 3rd, the representative of Alessandria and Asti, as well as the parish priest GianPaolo Civillini, donated medicines and women’s bathrobes to the parish of Savignona. All products will be used to help the many needy families of the area.
On Monday August 3rd, the representative of Alessandria and Asti and the chaplain of the representation offered some medicines in Turin in the presence of Father Diego Maritano, chaplain of Turin. The donation will be in favour of the needy families in the region.
The delegation’s investiture ceremony took place on Saturday July 25th at the church Madonna del Carmine in Alessandria. The celebration was chaired by the Prior of Lombardy, Father Arnaldo Morandi. 4 knights, 2 ecclesiastical knights, 10 promoters and 5 decorated received the investiture. Ecclesiastical and civil authorities were also present, including Senator Massimo Berutti. Among the ecclesiastics, the chaplain of the representation of Alexandria and Asti Father Augusto Piccoli was appointed Vice Prior of the delegation. The representation of Pavia attended, too. Mrs. Simona Delfino wanted to thank Father Mario Cesario, parish priest of the church who accepted to host the celebration. A donation of clothing in favour of the city’s Caritas took place at the end of the liturgy.
On July 2nd, a donation of children’s clothing was carried out in Borgo San Dalmazzo (CN) for the family centre “Luca e Giulio” in the above-mentioned town. The initiative was organized and implemented by Mr. Franza Erik.
