Rome, October 22nd, 2021 – H.R.H. the Grand Master, accompanied by H.E. Prince Don Francesco Ruspoli, met the new Secretary General of the Defense and National Director of Armament, General Luciano Portolano, who was given the decorations of Knight Grand Cross of Merit.
During his long and prestigious career, General Portolano has participated in multiple Operations and Missions in which the Italian Armed Forces have contributed to international stability, security and peace, and to protect and safeguard vital and strategic national interests.
