Delegation of Sicily

Some Sicilian Knights donated many products for children to Maria SS.ma Annunziata church in Castelvetrano. This church assists lots of people but does not provide any products for the youngest ones. For this reason the Constantinian Order is helping it concretely.

 
On May, 16th 2018 a donation took place even in Trapani. Some Knights of the delegation offered some products for children to the local Caritas, which did not have them. In so doing the Sicilian Delegation was able to provide nappies and baby food to the needy families of the town.

On May. 9th the first distribution of May took place at Maria SS degli Agonizzanti Church. The donation is part of the project “Briciole di Salute”.

On May, 12th another donation took place in Balestrate where lots of products for children were offered.

Some volunteers of the delegation distributed biscuits, milk, food for children and nappies to forty families in Monreale.

On April, 29th 2018 a solemn mass took place at Chiesa della Magione in Palermo. The liturgy was presided by Msgr. Grimaldi. During the afternoon there was a procession as well.

HRH Princess Beatrice of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Grand Prefect, with the Vice Delegate of Sicily, visited a non-profit organization, AIAS Onlus in Castelvetrano on April 24th.
This visit was strongly appreciated by the President of the Association, Dr. Puleo and by the centre coordinator, Dr. Zuccarello.
HRH expressed her appreciation towards the staff’s daily efforts and competence. Disabled people are treated pharmacologically and even through horse riding. She also affirmed she would like to launch future collaborations between the Constantinian Order and the Organization.
Afterwards HRH was given the centre’s service charter. The Centre received a crest and the Sicilian delegation medal which draws TRH Princesses Maria Carolina and Maria Chiara of Bourbon Two Sicilies.
