On June 3rd, the Delegation of Calabria donated food to the Sisters of the Divine Will, who created a community in Polistena (RC). They have been assisting needy people for about 30 years.

Lumezzane (BS), June 2nd 2022 – Knight Romano Savi and the decorated Francesca Ghidini have bought and delivered various foodstuffs that will be allocated by the local Caritas to needy families of the territory.
H.E. Mons. Miglio will be appointed Cardinal
His Excellency Monsignor Arrigo Miglio, Archbishop Emeritus of Cagliari and Prior of the Sardinian delegation, will be appointed Cardinal of the Holy Roman Church. This was announced by His Holiness Pope Francis at the end of Regina Caeli on Sunday, May 29, 2022; the consistory is scheduled for Saturday, August 27. His Royal Highness the Grand Master wishes to express to H.E. Monsignor Miglio his congratulations and best wishes.
TUSCANY: ACTIVITIES IN MAY
Montenero (LI), May 15th, 2022 – After receiving an invitation by the Bishop of the Diocese of Livorno and Prior of the Tuscan Delegation, H.E. Archbishop Simone Giusti, a representation of Knights and Dames of the delegation participated in the solemn Eucharistic Concelebration in honour of Madonna delle Grazie, Patroness of Tuscany. The ceremony was attended by various civil and military authorities, including the Prefect of Livorno, H.E. Dr. Paolo D’Attilio and the Governor of the Tuscany Region, Dr. Eugenio Giani.
Livorno, May 22nd, 2022 – After receiving the invitation from the Bishop of Livorno H.E. Monsignor Simone Giusti, Prior of the Tuscan Delegation, a group of Tuscan Knights participated in the solemn Eucharistic Celebration that took place at the Cathedral of the city for the liturgical memory of Saint Giulia, Patron of the Diocese and the city itself.
CALABRIA: ACTIVITIES IN THE MONTH OF MAY
TAURIANOVA. On May 5th, the delegation of Calabria made a donation of basic products for the needy families of the area.
On Sunday, May 8th, meals for 150 people were offered in Reggio Calabria to help the poor of the area and the refugees.
On May 13th, a group of Knights of the delegation of Calabria met the representatives of two canteens and a family home that offer their service in favour of those most in need.
The occasion allowed to share, once again, with Dr. Matilde Spadaro (canteen “La casa del Pane”) and Dr. Annamaria Branca (family home “Focolare”), a moment of collaboration and synergy, allocating a donation to the needs of these structures.
Vibo Valentia. On May 14th, a group of Knights of the delegation made a donation in favour of the needy of the parish San Giuseppe.
