During the month of May, three Canadian knights and dames, belonging to the American Delegation prepared and delivered almost 4,000 high quality, environmentally-friendly masks in different parts of Canada, donated in the name of the Constantinian Order. On July 16th, the representation of Alexandria participated in the celebration of Our Lady of Carmine at Madonna del Carmine Parish in Alessandria. The Holy Mass was celebrated by Bishop Emeritus Monsignor Piergiorgio Micchiardi and concelebrated by Vice Prior Augusto Piccoli. In addition to the representative of Alessandria Simona Delfino, some Knights and the city council advisor Silvia Straneo also participated.
A group of Knights belonging to the Delegation of Calabria participated in a Eucharistic celebration at the Maria S.S. Rosary Church held in Bagnara Calabra on July 10th. The liturgy was officiated by Father Michele D’Agostino, who during the homily recalled the charitable activity that our Order carries out in that area. Before the Holy Mass, the delegation was able to visit the fabulous church and its hidden treasures thanks to the guide Angelo Ruggiero and Mr Carlo Parisio, the latter belonging to a historical family from Bagnara Calabra particularly linked to this ancient Church and Congregation.
Prato, 07.14.2021 – This afternoon, the Delegation of Tuscany, represented for the occasion by the representative of Prato Mr. Dino Greco and by Mr. Giacomo Perrina, carried out a donation consisting og children’s clothing in favour of the center of help in Prato, represented for the occasion by President Patrizia Benvenuti. The donation is part of the “Briciole di Salute” project.
The Delegation for Southern East Asia has been selected and invited to join the restricted group “We Stand by You – Vaccine” created for a fundraising campaign benefiting the Fondation of Srithanya Hospital (Thai Ministry of Health), in urgent need of air conditioners, surgical gloves, meals for staff working overtime to inoculate as many COVID-19 vaccines as possible.
The Delegate, assisted by the Vice Delegate, had the chance to meet the Hospital Director, Dr. Sirisak Thitidilokrat, brief him about the Delegation’s activities and discuss possible cooperation.
The Delegate also inspected the newly refurbished room and presented a Crest with the Emblem of the Royal House of Bourbon Two Sicilies as a memento.
