On Friday, October 9th, the representative of Alessandria and Asti Simona Delfino carried out a donation of cat food to Mrs. Zunino Marisa, one of the many people authorized by the municipality of Alessandria to take care of the numerous feline colonies of the city. All of this was e possible thanks to the generous food donation offered by Dr. Rizzi.
CALABRIA: ACTIVITIES OF OCTOBER
On October 3rd, the Delegation of Calabria offered, prepared and served a lunch for the most needy of the city of Cosenza. Meals were served at the “Casa Nostra” association, a place where medical clinic services, legal assistance, accompaniment, shower and laundry services are provided. The association was born in the Archiepiscopal Curia of Cosenza, in the historic center of Piazza Parrasio Giano, next to the Bishop’s apartment.
The Delegation of Calabria carried out a donation in Philadelphia, a small town in the province of Vibo Valentia. The Vice Delegate Aurelio Badolati delivered some basic products to Don Antonio Mazzeo, prelate of the parish of San Teodoro.
NAPLES AND CAMPANIA: ACTIVITIES IN OCTOBER
Mr. Gigi di Fiore, a well-known journalist and writer, presented his new book “Pandemia 1836”, the Bourbon war against cholera. According to the Delegate of Naples and Campania, Marquise Federica de Gregorio Cattaneo’s reccomendation, on behalf of the delegation Dr. Luigi Andreozzi, Coordinator of the Volunteers of the Guard of Honor at the Royal Tombs of the Bourbon Sovereigns, attended the event. Prof. Ascierto attended as well.
TUSCANY: ACTIVITIES OF OCTOBER
Chiesina Uzzanese, October 1st, 2020 – The Tuscan delegation has donated several products to the Civil Protection of Chiesina Uzzanese. These products will then be distributed to the neediest people in the area, particularly those with particular conditions and specific needs. The initiative was organised by the Vice Delegate Edoardo Puccetti and by the president of the association, Mr. Ivano Lucchesi. The donation is included in the solidarity project “Briciole di salute”.
Admiral Pietro Luciano Ricca, Director of Military Personnel, received his diploma of Knight Grand Officer of Merit
Rome, September 29th, 2020 – On September 29th, Admiral Pietro Luciano Ricca, Director of the Military Defense Personnel, accompanied by Legal Advisor, Captain Fabrizio Ratto Vaquer, was received at the Chancellery by H.E. the Grand Chancellor Prince Francesco Ruspoli, in the presence of the Secretary General Giampaolo Grazian and Vice Delegate of the city of Rome, Count Riccardo Langosco di Langosco.
During the meeting, H.E. the Grand Chancellor presented the diploma of Knight Grand Officer of Merit to Admiral Ricca, who expressed his gratitude and reiterated his appreciation for the charitable activities carried out by the Order.
