HOLY MASS IN SUFFRAGE OF AMBASSADOR ATTANASIO, MR. IACOVACCI AND MR. MILAMBO

Massa – February 19th, 2022. H.E. Bishop Gianni Ambrosio, Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Massa Carrara – Pontremoli, Prior of the Delegation of Emilia Romagna, presided the Holy Mass in suffrage for Ambassador Luca Attanasio, Mr. Vittorio Iacovacci and Mr. Mustapha Milambo, a year after their deaths, at the Cathedral of Massa.
Ambassador Attanasio had joined the Order as an Knight Officer of Merit upon receiving the investiture during a ceremony held in Lucca on October 6, 2012. Mr. Iacovacci and Mr. Milambo are also linked to the Constantinian Order as they were decorated with the Gold Medal, as well as Ambassador Attanasio, by H.R.H. the Grand Master.
The Holy Mass was also attended by Dario Iacovacci with his family and Mrs. Domenica Benedetto.
The Undersecretary of State for Defense Stefania Pucciarelli, Air Brigadier General Lorenzo De Lorenzo, Commander of the 46 Pisa Air Brigade, and the highest Military and Civil Authorities of the province of Massa Carrara were present at the Holy Mass. Representatives of the different National Military Associations also participated in the ceremony.
The Constantinian Order of Saint George was represented by the Grand Treasurer, H.E. Don Gian Carlo Rocco dei Principi di Torrepadula, the Delegate for Tuscany, Count Ranieri Gastone Adorni Braccesi and many Knights and Dames.

On February 17th, the Constantinian Order carried out a donation for the Vatican in the presence of His Eminence Cardinal Konrad Krajewski.
For this occasion, the Constantinian Order donated many basic products, specifically medical devices and clothes for men, women and children.

Rome, February 11st, 2022 – H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro and Grand Master, has decided to confirm Noble Doctor Eugenio Donadoni, Knight Grand Officer of Grace, as the Editorial Director of the Constantinian publications.

Second Edition of “The Orders of Chivalry of the Royal House of Bourbon of the Two Sicilies” now available in English

The English version of the second edition of the book “The Orders of Chivalry of the Royal House of Bourbon of the Two Sicilies” (2019), edited by H.E. Don Antonio Benedetto Spada, is now available.

The book, an update of the 2002 edition, includes Papal Bulls, Statutes, Regulations, Decrees and Heraldic Norms which have characterized the history of the five Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies: the Illustrious Royal Order of St. Januarius; the Illustrious Royal Order of St. Ferdinand and of Merit; the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St. George; the Royal Military Order of St. George and of the Reunion; and the Royal Order of Francis I, besides detailed descriptions of antique insignia, and those currently in use.

A fundraiser to support the charitable activities promoted by the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St. George began on December 15. A copy of the English version, in a slipcase, of the second edition of The Orders of Chivalry of the Royal House of Bourbon of the Two Sicilies is available to those who donate €130 (£115).

Considering the limited printing of the book, we advise those interested to reserve the number of copies they would like, by writing to: volume@ordine-costantiniano.it. Donations may be made following the instructions which will be provided to those who send an inquiry with the number of copies they wish to reserve.

Inquiries with reservations will be answered based on when they are received, until the books are no longer available.
