Pellegrina, Wednesday, 10 August 2016 – The Delegation of Calabria accepted the invitation to participate in an extraordinary Via Crucis, organized as part of the restoration of the Cross in the Ancient Calvary, recently restored by the Congregation of Maria SS Annunziata di Pellegrina (instituted on 12 April 1859, with the sovereign blessing of King Ferdinand II of Bourbon). The procession advanced through the streets of the historical center, led by Father Giuseppe Saraceno, and numerous devoted followers, among whom were the brothers and sisters of the Congregation and the Knights and Dames of the Delegation.
