The representative of Pavia, Mr. Vittorio Barella, accompanied by Mr. Cristiano Cherubini, Mr. Tullio Facchera and Mr.Salvatore Malvaso were invited by the representative of Alessandria and Asti, Mrs. Simona Delfino and participated in the solemn ceremony held at the Cathedral of Tortona on February 7th 2019, on the occasion of the celebrations for Patron San Marziano.
