NEW DONATION AT “MISSIONE SPERANZA E CARITÀ”
On August 9th, HRH Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, Grand Master and Head of the Royal House, wanted the Vice Delegate of the Sicilian Delegation, Mr. Di Janni, to deliver 10 mattresses and pillows to the Sisters of the Mission “Speranza e Carità” guided by Father Biagio Conte.

PALERMO – BRICIOLE DI SALUTE IN S. MARTINO DELLE SCALE
On August 7th, the Vice Delegate went to the Benedictine convent of S. Martino delle Scale to deliver diapers and milk for two newborns assisted by the Benedictine fathers.
Father Bernardo thanked the delegation for the help and sent his greetings to HRH Princess Beatrice of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Grand Prefect, who visited the Abbey last May.
AGRIGENTO- DEFIBRILLATOR DONATION
On August 1st the inauguration of the “Let’s help Madagascar” campaign took place. It was organized by the local Rotary Club and was attended by a group of Sicilian Knights.
Mr. Alfonso Lo Zito described the severe problems caused by the lack of healthcare and the initiatives the delegation intends to pursue to improve the social and health assistance on the island and in particular presented the “Madagascar” Project, which focuses on diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases.
After the President of the Rotary Club’s speech and Father Giuseppe Calandra’s, the Vice Delegate Mr. Di Janni took the floor and also delivered a semiautoamatic defibrillator donated by the Delegation, under the patronage of the Grand Master.
SICILY – THE GRAND PREFECT PARTICIPATES AT THE DONATION IN NOTO
On July 30th HRH Princess Beatrice of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Grand Prefect, accompanied by the Vice Delegate and some knights, visited the canteen of S. Corrado, directed by Father Volantino.
The creation of this canteen was strongly desired by the Bishop of Noto H.E. Msgr. Antonio Staglianò.
On the occasion, a donation took place as well.
