On February, 6th the Vice Delegate of Sicily, Mr. Antonio di Janni, was received by Mons. Domenico Mogavero. During their meeting the Vice Delegate described all the charity activities carried out by the Order in Sicily, in particular those related to “Briciole di Salute” which was born in Monreale four years ago. At the end of the meeting, the Vice Delegate gave some presents, “La Nuova Fenice” newspaper that illustrates the order’s activities and the Constantinian Chronicles to the Bishop.
On February, 7th, the first distribution of goods took place in Maria SS degli Agonizzanti Church in Monreale. Milk, products for children, biscuits, baby food and nappies were donated.
The second distribution of goods took place on February, 28th in Monreale.
A donation, which is part of Briciole di Salute project, took place on February, 24th 2018 in Acireale on the occasion of HRH Prince Charles of Bourbon’s birthday. The building hosts needy mothers with their children.
Bergamo, February 25th 2018. A delegation for the city of Bergamo, guided by Miss Veronica Grillo, donated fifteen boxes including nappies to Bergamo Red Cross. The delegation hopes these donations can help the needy families thanks to the effective collaboration between the Order itself and the Red Cross.
Vigevano, February 24th 2018. The newborn delegation of Vigevano, guided by Mrs Maria Chiara Bollini, donated food and toiletries to Villeggio Duci, which hosts and takes care of the old people. The delegation thanks Mrs Antonietta Galli and the kind guests of the structure for their friendly welcom.
The Vice Delegate and the Knight Alfonso Lo Zito donated nappies, food, products for children and tomato sauce to the nuns of Comunità Missionario Portaperte, located in Agrigento, on February 21st 2018.
