The commitment and involvement of Knights Luigi Rogliano and Gaetano Ruocco was decisive in this undertaking. After personally drafting the report and organising the transportation they were assisted by Prior Monsignor Arnaldo Morandi in delivering at least 5,000 articles of clothing to the offices of Brescia, Bergamo and Como.
