H.R.H Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro and Grand Master welcomed Dr. Rosario Valastro, National President of the Italian Red Cross and H.E. Ambassador Stefano Palumbo, Sovereign Military Order of Malta Ambassador to the Republic of Albania, at the Chancery headquarters in Rome.

These meetings took place last September 24 and 25, respectively.

H.R.H. the Duke of Castro, assisted by the Secretary General H.E. Don Paolo Costantino dei Principi Borghese, Prince of Neptune, awarded Dr. Valastro with the diploma of promotion to Knight Grand Officer of Merit and Ambassador Palumbo with the diploma of promotion to Knight Officer of Merit.

Rome, November 2, 2024 – On the Day of the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed (All Souls Day), His Royal Highness Prince Charles of Bourbon of the Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, Head of the Royal House and Grand Master, together with the rest of the Royal Family and of the Constantinian Order, embraces in a particular way the community of Valencia, and all of the areas so badly affected. He also expresses deepest sympathy for all of the victims, his thoughts are with their family members and all those helping in providing aid and assistance to the population.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rome on 25 September, the Head of the Diplomatic Ceremonial of the Republic, Min. Plen. Bruno Antonio Pasquino, welcomed His Royal Highness Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro and Grand Master.

H.R.H. the Duke of Castro was accompanied by the Secretary General H.E. Don Paolo Costantino dei Principi Borghese, Prince of Nettuno and Dr. Giampaolo Grazian.

During the meeting, H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, as Head of the Royal House and Grand Master of the Dynastic Orders, bestowed upon Minister Pasquino the Constantinian Order’s Knight Grand Officer of Merit diploma and related decoration.

Rome, October 1, 2024 – H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Grand Master, thanking Dr. Giampaolo Grazian for all he has done for the good of the Order in the last six years, has chosen to name as Secretary General His Excellency, Don Paolo Costantiniano of the Princes Borghese, Prince of Nettuno, on whom he confers necessary powers for the coordinating of activities and work of the Grand Chancery and the Delegations.
