Rome, 29 July 2015. The Vicar Delegate of Rome  of the Constantinian Order, Marquis lawyer Giorgio MIRTI della VALLE, instructed the Chancellor of the Delegation, Dr. Fabrizio Nobile RATTO-VAQUER, to organize a second delivery of goods (15 packages containing T-shirts, shirts, golf for a total of about 500 items of clothing, in addition to material for children) to be sent, via the Italian Red Cross, to the earthquake victims in Nepal. Coordination and identification of the donations overall has been realized thanks to the collaboration of the brothers,  knight Dr. Vincenzo Gaglione and the Dama Dr. Antoinetta Capparella. The project Nepal  of the Vicar Delegation of Rome of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George, consisted of two big offers in favor of the local hospital of the  Red Cross  and of the earthquake victims. This project is only a part of a wider project “The hunger of our neighbour” strongly supported by the Grand Master of the Order H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, in addition to the ongoing food support and health care to the needy of the parish of S. Giuseppe al Trionfale in Rome and other initiatives in favor of the homeless of the City.

Rome June 27, 2015. The Vicar Delegation of Rome, according to Dr. Maria Teresa Letta, Vice President of the Italian Red Cross, made a big effort, in these weeks, to collect  essential goods in favor of the earthquake victims in Nepal.

The large quantity of material collected, including medical devices (defibrillators and wheel chairs), tents to set up hospitals, emergency shelter and clothing for those disadvantaged populations, was offered , on June 27 at 16:30,  in the parish of S. Giuseppe al Trionfale  at  the presence of the Delegate  of Lazio,  H.S.H Prince Manfred Windisch-Graetz and the Vicar Delegate  for the city of Rome, the Marquis Lawyer Giorgio Mirti della Valle, as well as Knights and Dames of the Order.

This important initiative is part of the project “The hunger of our neighbour” strongly supported by Our Grand Master H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, and integrates the continuous activities of the Order to give food and health support to the  the poor of the parish of S. Giuseppe al Trionfale.

The vicarious delegation of Rome of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George – as part of the project, “The Hunger of Our Neighbour”, which is strongly supported by the Grand Master of the SMCOSG, H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, as well as part of the continual food and health aid for those in need of the Parish of San Giuseppe al Trionfale – has organised a collection of basic necessities, including medicines and clothing, to help the earthquake victims in Nepal.

Rome’s vicarious Delegate of the Constantinian Order, Marquis Giorgio Mirti della Valle, gave the Chancellor of the Delegation, the nobleman Doctor Fabrizio Ratto-Vaquer, the responsibility of getting in touch with the Italian Red Cross who are organising the shipping of basic necessities to the earthquake victims in Nepal.

Consequently, he gave mandate to his peers, Knight Doctor Vincenzo Gaglione and Lady Doctor Antonietta Capparella for the coordination and identification of donations to help Nepal. They were already responsible for the coordination and distribution of provisions to the parish of San Giuseppe al Trionfale where, on 23rd April, for the solemnity of the patron saint, George, the Grand Prior of the Order, the Most Eminent Cardinal Renato Raffaele Martino celebrated the Holy Mass, followed by the distribution of food packages and clothing to help those in need in the parish.

After collecting a sufficient quantity of goods to send to the earthquake victims in Nepal, the vicarious delegation of Rome of the SMCOSG will come to an agreement with the Italian Red Cross to decide on a date for the delivery of the donations.

Rome – March 11, 2015- The Vicar Delegation  of Rome, according to  the project “The hunger of our neighbour “, created by our Grand Master of the Constantinian Order of St. George, after offering a lunch to 500 poor persons on December 8, 2014, along with a service of showers and change clothes,  has launched a project to provide food to poor people living in the districts  Prati-Trionfale Rome.

The Vicar Delegate of Rome Marquis Lawyer Giorgio Mirti della Valle, charged  the Chancellor of the Vicar Delegation, Dr Noble. Fabrizio Ratto-Vaquer, to start a new project of assistance to poor people  within the program “The hunger of our neighbour” which includes the donations of about 500 kg. of food, such as pasta, bread, biscuits, fruit and soft drinks, as well as other basic necessities.

Everything is coordinated and organized by Dr. Vincenzo Gaglione, knight of merit, who has found the people able to donate the necessary  food to the Parish of San Giuseppe al Trionfale for all those people who are below the poverty line and also for families with serious economic difficulties.

Within this project, the delegation also offered a stock of 100 pullover.

The parish of San Giuseppe al Trionfale is situated a few hundred meters from the Centre for Health,COS, of the Vicar  Delegation of Rome (coordinated by Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Giuseppe de Lorenzo) inaugurated on February 16, 2015, in the presence of  the Grand Treasurer H.E. Notary Claudio Limontini. Thus the Vicar Delegation of Rome is able to offer to the poors living in the  districts Trionfale-Prati and the surrounding areas a service of food and health, helping the parishes of the Prefectures of reference of the Vicariate of the Diocese of Rome.

For the month of March, there is also the ” Charity lucky dip in occasion of St. Giuseppe day”, organized by the Parish in the week going from 15 to 22 March 2015. The intention of the Vicar Delegation of Rome is making an offer in support of the “charity lucky dip” to  purchase one or more prizes (payable by the Constantinian Order) fundable with some great offers, specially designed by donors in favor of charitable works of the Order.

Several valuable objects will be personally offered  by the Vicar Delegate of Rome, Marquis Lawyer Giorgio Mirti della Valle and by the Chancellor the  Noble Dr  Fabrizio Ratto-Vaquer.

On Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 16:00  H.E. the very Reverend Cardinal Severino Poletto, presbyter of S. Giuseppe, in Trionfale street, will preside at the solemn Mass and procession, in the presence of the Representatives of the City of Rome and of the Vicar Delegation of Rome  of the Sacred Military Constantinian order of Saint George.

Rome-18th January 2015. On last Sunday S. Antonio Abate was celebrated in a lot of towns of the territory of the Two Sicilies.

In this important part of Italy a lot of towns are named after the Saint so it was also a town festival.

Lazio vicarious Delegation recalled this occasion, as it is a more than ten-year-old tradition, in the church of Annunziata in Minturno where a lot of children came with their pets, their parents and grandparents.
