On February 28th Mr. Massimo Trasforini, Representative for the city of Turin, donated many food products to the association “City Angels”, which is very active since 2005 in Turin and whose goal is to help the homeless people. This donation is part of the project “Briciole di Salute”. On March 3rd the Vice Delegate, in collaboration with the Representative of Turin, organized a holy mass which took place at the Caserma Monte Grappa. During the ceremony, that was presided over by Father Diego Maritano, Knight of Ecclesiastical Grace, Maria Christine of Savoy’s portrait was remembered. At the end of the liturgy, a convivial lunch was held and on that occasion all the people involved had the chance to discuss about the delegation’s future goals for 2019.
LOMBARDY: DONATION IN BERGAMO
Bergamo, February 26th 2019– Mrs. Veronica Grillo, assisted by some Knights and volunteers, delivered many food products to the local canteen guided by the Capuchin Priests. Father Riccardo Corti, who is the Head of the structure, underlined the importance of the existing collaboration between the delegation and the canteen and also thanked the delegation.
SICILY: DELEGATION’S ACTIVITIES
On February 15h the Vice delegate donated to Father Bernardo, Head of the Caritas, some products which will be distributed to the needy families living in S. Martino delle Scale. The donation is part of the project “Briciole di Salute”.
A donation of food, which is part of the project Briciole di Salute, took place in Alcamo on February 17th where these products were delivered to Msgr. Giordano. The delegation would like to thank all the volunteers for their help.
On February 24th the first concert of the year took place at Maria SS degli Agonizzanti Church in Monreale.
On February 27th the second distribution of food took place in Monreale. Some volunteers donated a lot of products to 40 children aged from 0 to 3 years.
On March 5th HRH Princess Beatrice of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Grand Prefect, accompanied by the vice delegate and by the Representative of Noto, delivered some products to the canteen S. Corrado in Noto. Just after the delivery, Her Royal Highness was received by H.E. Msgr. Antonio Staglianò, Bishop of Noto. The bishop was given his designation diplomas as Knight Grand Cross of Ecclesiastic Grace.

On February 28th, 2019, the President of the Senate of the Republic, Maria Elisabetta Alberti Casellati, received His Royal Highness Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro and Head of the Royal House.
During the meeting, which took place at the Senate of the Italian Republic, HRH The Duke of Castro, as Head of the Royal House and Grand Master of the Dynastic Orders, has promoted the President of the Senate of the Republic, appointing her Dame Grand Cross of Grace of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George.

On February 27th, 2019, Captain Filippo Marini, Commander of the Port Authority of Rome Fiumicino, welcome HRH Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro at the Command of the Coast Guard of Rome Fiumicino. During the meeting HRH the Duke of Castro, as Head of the Royal House and Grand Master of the Dynastic Orders, promoted Captain Marini to the rank of Grand Officer of Merit of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St. George, in the presence of the Command Officers.
