NAPLES AND CAMPANIA: ACTIVITIES IN THE MONTH OF MARCH

NAPLES AND CAMPANIA: ACTIVITIES IN THE MONTH OF MARCH

On March 17th, some Knights, Dames and volunteers of the Delegation of Naples and Campania commemorated the figure of the Neapolitan soldier with a Mass. For too many years our young people who heroically and loyally defended the Neapolitan homeland have been forgotten, despite their sacrifices and acts of heroism inspired by the admirable example of our King Francis II Servant of God, for whom the cause of beatification had already been launched.

Following the example of tge Servant of God His Majesty King Francis II of Bourbon, on Friday, March 18, a new food donation was carried out in favour of the canteen located in Via Marina in Naples.

A gift as a gesture of love to alleviate the saddest moments, especially for children. This is the meaning of the initiative promoted by the delegation of Campania that, on February 16th, delivered sweets to children. “It is a bit delayed, due to the pandemic that prevented us from making the delivery on time”, declares Knight Giancarlo Rinaldi, representing Marquise Federica de Gregorio Cattaneo dei Principi di Sant’Elia, Delegate of Campania – but we were happy to be able to fulfill the commitment we had made towards the little guests of the Giuseppe Ferraro Onlus Foundation. In this sense, I must thank both the Knights of the Order and the other people who participated in our fundraising. The smile of these children continues to be the best prize for us”.
Special thanks to Emiddio de Franciscis de Casanova, Roberto Della Rocca, Enzo de Maio, Pio Forlani, Antonio Ianniello, Mario Marino, Rosa Montella, Alessandro Pasca di Magliano, Vincenzo Triente Castaldo.
