Livorno, May 4th, 2020 – The Tuscan delegation, represented by Knights Ezio Papa and Giovanni Merola, donated a lot of food packages to the parish priest of Saint Andrew church in Livorno. These products will be delivered to needy families.
On April 30th the vice delegate and Mr. Gregory Dendramis were received by H.E. Mgr Giorgio Demetrio Gallaro in Piana degli Albanesi. During the meeting, several products were delivered.
Brescia, April 29th, 2020 – The Prior of Lombardy Archbishop Arnaldo Morandi, assisted by Mr. Maurizio Mirandola and Mr. Benedetto Magro, promoted a permanent food donation to support families in need and the elderly reported to the Parish Caritas of the province of Brescia.
His Royal Highness Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, as Head of the Royal House and Grand Master of the Dynastic Orders, wished to join in the condolences of the members of the family and all the fellow brothers and sisters of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta for the lost of His Eminent Highness Prince and 80th Grand Master, Fra’ Giacomo Dalla Torre del Tempio di Sanguinetto.
The Grand Master invites all the members of the Order to join in prayer for the soul of the deceased confrere, who had been appointed as Baillif Knight Grand Cross of Justice in May 1995, and who was granted, on the occasion of his election as Grand Master of the Order of Malta, the Royal Order of Saint Januarius and the Constantinian Collar.
A distribution of products for children took place on April 24th at the major church of Carini. The vice delegate delivered to Father Giacomo Sgroi, archpriest of Carini, several supplies of diapers and homogenized. Food was therefore distributed to around 400 needy people.
On the anniversary of the feast of St. George, Father Dario Pavone celebrated a mass in his honor on Facebook in the presence of Knight Marco Milazzo at the Church Saint Stephen in Piazza Armerina.
Mr. Francesco D’Alba, president of the Constantine Cross Onlus of Sicily, the representative of Balestrate Mr. Piero Spezia and Marquis Amari handed over to the mayor of Balestrate dr. Vito Rizzo, to the municipal councilor Mrs. Maria Saputo and to the councilor Mr. Pietro Taormina, many food packages which will be distributed by the civil protection to the needy people of Balestrate.
